I am going to check out a gym tomorrow, I hope. The price is good, the location is good..we shall see.

I love your blog. It's great. Losing weight is the hardest thing in the world to do. It requries a life long commitment. Take one day at a time. Just remember one step at a time and if you fall it's ok, just get up and get on the bike again, no pun intended. Make little cahnges at a time and soon they all add up. Don'y hurt yourself by working out to long one day because if you do you won't be able to work out the next day. Start off slow and work your way up to where you want to be. It takes time to creat good eating habits but it will happen eventually if you work at it long enough. Just remember you are AWESOME no matter what
